Our roof terrace overlooks a vast amount of the circuit. Beyond the immediate (and epic) Maggots & Becketts, you can see down Hangar Straight into Vale. You can see as far as Abbey, with a view of The Loop, the exit of Aintree and down Wellington Straight. For events, we'll host race viewing from the terrace. Owners of non-Trackside Residences are invited to view from the Clubhouse during racing. We will also offer yoga and fitness sessions on the terrace.

You'll be able to enjoy a sauna while keeping an eye on the circuit. Guests can also make use of our pool, which is just 11 metres from the edge of Becketts Corner. As with the rest of the Clubhouse, its relaxed, timeless atmosphere is designed to let you focus on your goals or chill out with minimal fuss. Our treatment rooms will be the ideal space for therapies designed specifically to aid drivers with recovery and relaxation after a rigorous day on track.
