Owning a Residence

Escapade Silverstone offers individuals the rare opportunity of owning a piece of this world-famous venue. Two, three or four bedroom residences will be available to be purchased. These all sit within the 14-acre Escapade Silverstone estate that is adjacent to the track. Beyond having an incredible private space to stay and entertain, owners will have access to the clubhouse and all of the amenities in it and privileged access to the legendary tarmac. They will also be granted founding membership and the various motorsport privileges this provides.

 

Owners will be able to uniquely benefit from the hospitality returns generated from the 1.2 million+ visitors that are attracted to Silverstone each year, the 7 million visitors that head to nearby Bicester Village and the central UK location which ensures 50% of the population are within a 90-minute drive.

All of the residences enjoy underfloor heating, comfort cooling, the latest tech, high acoustic spec, en-suite bathrooms and obviously somewhere safe to store your cherished vehicle.

Ownership is straightforward, transparent & effortless

In collaboration with Silverstone Circuits, every ownership aspect will be taken care of. When not in use, the residences will form part of the wider accommodation available to guests. Owners will receive a proportion of the room revenue generated and the rest will be used to cover all of the associated costs.

 

We want to be certain that an owner’s stay feels special and hassle-free. Under separate agreement we can arrange for an owner’s personal effects to be laid out in their property before arrival and then carefully removed on departure. We also have a storage facility for owner's and guest's vehicles when not in use. Further information on this can be found here.

The trackside 4 bedroom residences (“4BR”) offer an incredible entertaining area with living space and terraces looking directly over the circuit. These are cantilevered out to maximise the proximity to the track. The trackside 4BR can also be divided into two 2BR apartments (see smaller floor plan). On the ground floor you have a private and secure garage.

Each residence owner will be granted founding membership of Escapade Silverstone and will receive:
